  • Samlytics — a revenue intelligence tool I'm building solo, end to end: an assistant grounded in a team's own calls and CRM, plus deal scores that explain themselves. Now in use by 200+ sales users.
  • Product and AI work at BrowserStack across the same theme — helping people act on data instead of just looking at it.

Figuring out

  • How to test AI features when the "right" answer isn't a single fixed thing — treating evals as the real spec.
  • Where agentic workflows genuinely help versus where a boring, deterministic step is the better product call.

Reading / thinking about

  • Calibration and decision-making under uncertainty — how to make a product honestly say "I'm not sure."
  • Behavioral psychology on how people actually trust, and override, a recommendation.

Experimenting with

  • Writing in public more and polishing less — this site is part of that.
  • Designing feedback loops into products instead of bolting on another dashboard.
